TACT gathers information from users of this website, potential clients, prospective and current associates and other website visitors. This includes the data you provide us with by submitting information to us through the use of our website or by contacting us by phone or email. This also includes sending an enquiry via our contact page or sending a CV to us.

 

TACT may hold this information for our internal records, business development, research and marketing. The data we process includes you name, company, job title, contact details, your correspondence with TACT and any documents that you choose to share with us.

 

TACT will only process your data when there is a legitimate interest, which includes: carrying out the services requested from us; providing quotations upon request; commercial interests such as promoting our relevant services to your organisation (business development) and inviting you to our industry events when we believe they are of relevance to your organisation. We will provide you with the opportunity to remove yourself from our distribution lists, either by clicking Unsubscribe or by sending us an email asking to be removed.

 

TACT will keep your personal information for a reasonable period set out and in compliance with GDPR. You have the right to access, correct or request your information be erased at any time. We will provide an option to opt-out if you don’t want your information used for any purpose or for a particular purpose.
